Wm. Todd Fisher, B.S., D.C.
Earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Palmer Chiropractic College with undergraduate work completed at Michigan State University. Dr. Fisher received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer Chiropractic College, Davenport, Iowa, in June of 1987. Dr. Fisher is proficient in Full Spine Diversified (Palmer Package), Gonstead, Activator, Thompson, Extremity Adjusting, DTS Decompression and is a certified treating VAX-D Consultant. In November of 1988 he founded Chantilly Chiropractic Center to offer chiropractic care to an underserved area. In January of 2024 Palmercare reorganized Chantilly Chiropractic Center, as controlling entity. Dr. Fisher continues as the senior doctor at Palmercare Chiropractic Chantilly. Dr. Fisher has been named a "Top Chiropractor" in Northern Virginia Magazine. Past president of the Northern Virginia Chiropractic Society and the Dulles Chamber of Commerce, he enjoys serving the community. Dr. Fisher is a member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
James A. Munse, B.A., M.A., D.C., D.A.C.N.B.
Earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from George Mason University. Dr. Munse received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer Chiropractic College, March of 2015. Dr. Munse is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in which he earned this prestigious degree through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. In addition, he is proficient in Full Spine Diversified (Palmer Package), Gonstead, Activator, Thompson, Extremity Adjusting, Flexion-Distraction, and Functional Neurology diagnosis and rehabilitation. Dr. Munse also enjoys serving as an adjunct professor at George Mason University; and is an assistant coach for the varsity football team at Westfield High School. Dr. Munse is a member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
Wm. "Dr. Ryan" Fisher, B.S., D.C.
Earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Lynchburg University. Dr. Ryan received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer Chiropractic College, September of 2017. Dr. Ryan then served as an associate with a leading chiropractic functional neurology center in San Francisco to gain experience in neurological testing and rehabilitation. Dr. Ryan is proficient in Full Spine Diversified (Palmer Package), Gonstead, Activator, Thompson, Extremity Adjusting, Flexion-Distraction, and DTS Decompression Treatments. Dr. Ryan is currently studying for his Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies. Dr. Ryan is a member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
Allison A. Pitt, D.C.
Was born and raised in Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. In 2015, she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and had been practicing in her home state ever since. She relocated to Northern Virginia in August of 2023.
Dr. Pitt has a passion for working with women, children and athletes. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is Webster Certified. She enjoys focusing her continuing education on women’s health and pregnancy. She is a proficient in Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson and extremity adjusting. In addition to adjusting, she likes to incorporate soft tissue techniques to treatment such as cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and percussion therapy. Dr. Pitt is a member of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association.
In her free time, she enjoys running and training for marathons. She also loves hiking and being outdoors with her husband and little dog, Einstein.
